Rubber Hoses:- We wish to inform you that we are one of the authorised dealers of poly hose, soni rubber & indo maksson which is an iso company and leading manufacturer in india.for hydraulic applications rubber hose with suitable braiding, weather & abrasion resistant outer cover manufactured to international standards (sae r1 to sae 100 r6, din 20023 4sp / 4sh). will be used.the above hoses are suitable for operating temperatures upto 100* c.for steam applications upto 150*c specially compounded rubber hose with suitable reinforcement and outer rubber cover will be used.for lpg application, we will be using bsen 1762 hose specially manufactured which were approved by iocl, bpcl and hpcl for lpg usage.we will be supplying hose assemblies for petrol/diesel dispensing (with suitable or as per sample endfittings) which is manufactured as per is – 2396 – 1988: and the same we are supplying regularly to m/s.hyundai motor india ltd. PTFE Teflon Hose:- PTFE teflon hose will be having an extruded inner teflon tubing with outside ss wire braiding out of ss 304.these hoses are suitable for steam, chemical handling, acids, alkalines and gases. Convoluted PTFE Teflon Hose:- Convoluted ptfe teflon hose will be having an inner convoluted teflon tube with outside ss wire braiding out of ss 304 these hoses are suitable for steam, chemical handling, acids, alkalines and gases & where critical routing is required. Stainless Steel Hoses:- The inner portion of this hose is in the form of bellow formed by using ss material. this bellow is protected by single or double ss braiding made out of ss304 quality material and are suitable for high temperature application. this hose is having very good flexiblity and can take vibration to some extent and suitable for most corrosive chemicals/fluids, steam and so on. the inner core material will be ss304 (or) ss321 (or) ss316 as per requirement. End Fittings:- Normally low carbon steel is used for end connections. the end connections will be fixed to rubber hose, teflon hose, thermoplastic and pvc hoses by crimping method.for stainless steel hose, the end connections will be connected to the hose by the process of tig welding. we will also provide end connections out of stailess steel, brass wherever it is required under specific enquiries / requirements.we can supply of hose assemblies against oem part nos. for beml / hm/ jcb/l & t poclain / tata hitachi equipments in short notice.
